Floyd twice instead of Quintana?

I agree Q has been the better pitcher this year but I am giving the nod to experience. I mean if it were my team I would have Sale start 1,4,7 but baseball these days aren't played that way any more

If Floyd pitches like he has his last two outings, it's fine by me.

Big game tonight. Maybe they can get the W since Cy Chen isn't on the mound.

Glad to see some Sox fans are conceding the division to Detroit. Sox play like shit on the road, Detroit is awesome at home. Who would have thought that the Tigers would have gained ground when we're on the road and they're at Comerica.

scherzer going tomorrow and that is a win which id imagine he would start game 1 to ice the series than they will probably take game 2. we are facing weaver and cant score runs off of santana and haren so pretty much we will be back a game monday.

Maybe, but they play the game for a reason.

Scherzer may still be in pain and not telling anyone (a la Peavy), and could get lit up. Scott Diamond is an okay pitcher, from what little we know of him, I think they split. Double headers are hard to sweep.

Sox have had their balls squeezed all week, their due to explode with runs.

Not worried.

Not to mention the Royals LOVE to play spoiler. They're going to be looking to **** over Detroit. Didn't you read the Billy Butler quote: ""If we take care of business against Detroit, those (Sox) have a good chance to be in the playoffs."
