Makarov and Skille hate...you just expect players to manage 100 point seasons on 5 minutes a night right?

Upside down stat sheet and kitty kat logo may be bad humor, but don't confuse it with hate. Keep in mind everybody has a different sense of humor. And I happen to be very fond of the euros and especially the russians for cultural reasons.

I really, really liked what I saw of Makarov. I was very surprised when he returned to Russia.

I haven't seen Makarov since his only prospect camp, but from what I saw there, he was ready for a top six gig in Rockford. I don't know if he's gotten any better or not but he's a more skilled player then Eager, Burish, Fraser and Kopecky.



For not being a North American player, I was very impressed on his two-way game and his willingness to take the body and play physical.
