Before everyone gets judgmental, Does it count if I've actually taken my car on a track? Only an idiot would drive regular streets like a circuit.

When i talk about hitting an apex it is on a closed racetrack, not a street.

I had a 2012 CTSV which had paddles.
I sold it for a 2016 SS Camaro which also has paddles.
I’ve never used them as a clutchless option is on the stick.
I manually gear select at the stick... which is nice.
When you have a powerful car you prefer this.
The highway especially... I ride in 8 and can easily pass.
The vehicle is equipped with enough power for smooth acceleration.
I hate the downshift that occurs in auto.

In many ways I preferred the V... but expensive to own/operate.
The SS performance is better in most categories and far cheaper for daily use.
The 8 speed auto over the 6 is a huge reason, especially for fuel.

Also should mention I’ve one teen driver and another about to start.
The insurance is ridiculous...
Just another reason for less vehicle operating cost...
