Cutler leading the league in turnovers is based on a multitude of things. His fumbles are a cause of bad pocket awareness, bad ol play and not holding on to the ball, his int's are not being on the same page with his WR's, not reading a defense and bad accuracy. As far as the regression of the offense goes people need to stop using McCown as a measure point as it was more flukish than anything. You want to see the real McCown? Turn on a tampa game. Cutler should never throw the ball 40 times a game, period. He is a playaction, big plays QB who needs to rely on others to win for him

I think this is a reasonable assessment, so kudos to you. The next question is tougher though. What do you see that shows Cutler will change who he is if he hasn't done it in 9 years, and with everything given to him to succeed. A supposed offensive coach who is a "qp whisperer"(fraudulent title), and new oline, two big wrs, a big TE, a great RB, yet he STILL makes the same mistakes...

So what makes you think anything will be different going forward in his 10th season at then 32 years old?

You cant fix Cutler, he is done. I'm still a big fan and think he got railroaded earlier on in his career but it's time to move on. My thing is I hate people who feel Cutler is our only problem and refuse to look at the big picture. If I can see that Cutler is done why cant someone see that Mills is terrible at pass blocking or penalties are killing us?

This is only interesting because Marshall has always been Cutlers BFF and biggest defender.

But Marshall still has never been in the playoffs. That is probably starting to influence his thinking.

He can start by not quitting on routes when he is mad or catching the football. I remember last year when against GB during our last week, Marshall was wide open, pass hit him in his hands, he drops it then lays on the ground for a while. Then of course after that Cutler has to throw a hail marry. Marshall is a beast but comes up small

If you dont say Cutler sucks you are labeled a fanboy. Point is that the facts who turn a blind eye to everything that is wrong with the team just to point out with Jay is doing wrong is fucking Special person and nothing short of that. I dont give a shit if he does play the most important position on the offense you still need other guys to do their jobs in order to win something. Is Jay a problem? YES YES YES YES YES! Are there other problems just as big as him? Yes

The offense is all about Jay. All the receivers, backs and line are going to feed off what Jay is doing. It is all Cutler on offense. He has to make the offense work.

Someone is going under the bus for the offense this season.

Seems like multiple people are prepping for that to be Cutler.

Shame if it is. Best quarterback in the team's history and you are going to have him run out by that ass clown of a coach?

Would he be in the top 5 of Packers QBs?

Just because you have dated losers in the past does not mean that the one your dating now is not a loser.

Neither Trestman or Cutler are the long term answer for this team.

Yes.

Starr, Favre, Rodgers, Cutler. Unless you are going to argue Lynn Dickey or Majik Man? Arnie Herber?

The moves bears make will be ones that will cost least. Like change the dc and st coaches. Even getting rid of cutler and the 12 million hit is cheapest option cause they will be limited to spend only what cap allows. Also if trestman gets a rookie qb we will get the bs he needs three years yada yada yada so trestman safe for that many years saves the bs owners lots of $$$.

We should be all getting a long and agreeing that Cutler and Trestman suck.

But everyone hedges their bets and gets into camps, because they know that both won't be gone and they need the hope that removing one of them will fix this team.

They both need to go for the Bears to compete.

package deal?

You contradict yourself constantly; one second youre saying Jay needs to go, then the next youre defending him.

So defending jay from morons is saying he needs to stay now?

Clearly. Bad pocket awareness, not holding on to the ball, not reading a defense, bad accuracy all excuse for Cutler

There is no balance with Cutler for this clown. You either hate Cutler 100% or your a Cutler nut-hugger. There is no middle ground for this jackwad.

Any description that does not completely lay all blame at Cutler feet for the Bears failures as a team, will make any negative comments towards Cutler null and void in this fool's mind.

Hilarious though that the comments this poster made to set Morongo off, were not exactly Cutler friendly. Oh well, some broken records can't help themselves.
