Not Black.
:jackson:
Not Black.
No they can not.
What I'm saying is that while untreated, people can do things completely irrational and illogical. It stems from a fear of rejection. Don't you find it a little crazy that he had all these problems and as soon as he was diagnosed and treated he has had no incidents? Do you think it's an act? Do you think everyone with a mental disorder is faking it?
I'm serious. What is it you're implying here? You obviously knew what my answer to that question would be.

But we can blame the disorder. It doesn't mean the person is not held accountable, just that proper methods are used to prevent future occurrences
No, of course I don't, and never said I did.
The letter was sent to the NFL in 2008 by the woman herself. The issue brought up yesterday was from the woman's friend who said that Marshall had thrown cement at her car to try and get the other girl out, and more importantly that claims had been sent to the NFL at the time about Marshall's abuse of the girl.
You're perfectly happy to accept the authenticity of one letter, while at the same time dismissing the claims of a third party about separate events than the alleged letter was even in reference to. Apparently it's within reason for a woman to go blackmailing for money and get third parties in on the act, but not for a known and verified domestic abuser to have been guilty.
The articles even stated that they reconciled after the initial incidents and abuse continued, including the incident with the friend's car. You don't think it's possible that after this reconciliation, she could have written the "it didn't really happen" letter to the NFL because they were together and they didn't want Marshall's career to be derailed over it? Nahhh, that could never happen.
Thank you.

I'll just leave this here for anyone interested who isn't very familiar with the subject.
but you did say everyone with a mental disorder is demon possessed and should be tried with fire.
Thanks, but last time someone just left something on this board I got into a fight. I won. But still.
That sounds more up your alley.
LOFL...Mick moves on from his original assertion of "No money involved" and "NFL looks the other way" to friend corroborates story from PFT.
So with all this abuse where are the medical reports? If Gloria Allred had anything she would have leaked it by now into the press...That is what she does...
So you have a unsubstantiated report of him throwing half a cement driveway onto the wind sheild...Yet no medical report or police report. Sorry, a friend of a freind whose a friend of hers doesn't mean anything. And maybe he did smash the wind shield... That still doesn't mean he struck her in any way shape or form and doesn't mean she was in the car at all...Lots of people have smashed windshields in anger...AND?
As far as Brandon posting his letters...Yea I accept them. Because he gave them right out to the press who has every means possible to find out the accuracy...He handed them out to be corroborated for authenticity...You think he is handing out fake stuff that was time stamped at a business that could be corroborated? LOL
Hilarious!
It's just one of those subjects i don't like arguing.
You clearly aren't capable of reading comprehension. I never said they were fake. I said they were supposedly written after the reconciliation of the couple.
Try reading dipshit...
His Letters can be Corroborated with dates places times as fact...
Your concrete driveway story on the windshield is just an assertion of events by somebody...Not fully corroborated as fact...
Speaking of reading; how is that money angle working for you? Or the NFL turning a blind eye? LOFL!
Yes, please do let me know when an attempt to ride momentum and expose the league's leadership in failing to deal with abuse cases turns out to be a money grab.
I'm not holding my breath since you already demonstrated your dumbass binary thinking with your stupid assumptions about Obama.
Just listening to Marshall now. He even says the letter isn't totally true and they did "treat each other terribly".
No, there was no abuse at all. Totally made up for money. And them coming forward with this right now has nothing to do with adding to the effort to expose the failure of the NFL deal with abuse cases in the light of several other cases coming into the limelight. Nope, it's nothing to do with that at all. Just a money grab attempt by these greedy whores.
