That Duesenberg chassis was coached by La Grande...gorgeous....nothing quite like the chassis/coach builder era...this is a 1930 Model J Duesenberg with a Le Baron body....65-67 Corvette without a doubt was the hottest American car made for that era..!...I don't know how it held up against some of the European cars, but they sure were hot..
I bought a 68 Nickey Camaro 427, and it was the same price as a 67 Vette big block. They both were around $4500.00
Hindsight tells me the Vette was a better car for the money. It didn't matter though as I got drafted a month later..
As far as the most beautiful EVER?
I'd have so say those early Duesenbergs would take the prize.
