It was short notice and Dmelt did the best he could but I would have probably would have tried to hand it a bit different. But I didn't see the discussion. You also have to take into context what was going on, you have game one on the road and hawks just went down 3-0. lot of shit was going on and folks weren't in the mood for trolling or to be trolled.
EDIT: I should also add that I don't think doing nothing was an option here as that would have only made things worse.

Despbro is a repeat offender, should have gotten a week IMO. his last ban was only a couple of days and he's doing the same shit all over again.

Grim was banned from Bears forum for quite a while. I don't think anyone would mind not seeing one or both of the 2 that just got 2 day vacations around Hawk talk for longer than 2 days.

No we didn't. I don't know what desp did wrong but Hawk was an absolute troll. This forum will be better without him.
I do have to say I haven't had any problems with mods in the Hawks thread. Dmelt, Masshovoc and BlackhawkPaul are doing a great job. With DewSox gone the only mod that is a bit of a problem is Crystallas (sp?). I just want more consistency.
