Well that team would actually be pretty dang good if not for Howard getting injured. I'm guessing the AI is stupid regardless, it should have Odom at center if anything.

I'm on the team, so we win no matter what. I can have 4 players with 44 ratings around me, and I'll win every game. The CPU AI isn't hard to figure out.

Yup same here. It's weird because I'm a 3pt specialist too, but the game is just filled with some weird stuff because unless I'm totally wide open on a fastbreak or something, I can't really make 3s.

Just dropped consecutive games of 39/10 and 41/7/3 blocks. What's up now 2k? Even if you make me miss half my open 3s and layups I can still score ~40 points and win. :woot:

Haven't played in a few days. Gotta play a few games tonight and hopefully get a trade to a better team.

my teammates are stupid i get them a shot or pass to them when their open and they just stand there and let the defender close out on them then pass it to me with 5 secs left and i gotta force a shot

Yeah me too. It's the freaking worst one of all of them.

And I always end up getting 3 out of the 4 categories required OR getting the steal or block before they give me the goal. :smh:

On the bright side, I've somehow been able to cut down on my turnovers for the most part so getting "play it smart" has gotten a LOT easier. "Stop that man" usually isn't too bad either so long as your guy isn't ridiculously better than you (like if you're a small PG playing SG guarding Kobe or something).

I've had a lineup of Jannero Pargo, CJ Watson, Devin Harris, me, and Luol Deng for like 5 minutes I think. Worst lineup the coach could think of other than putting Kyle Korver in there instead of Deng.

i dont understand why if you're a PG...you choose being like 6'2...you can be any size you want..i'm a 6'5 PG..i can defend multiple positions and it helps me in post up

play it smart has been getting easier...most of my TOs now are because my guy passes to the wrong person

my favorite assist play is when im on the baseline..one of my big men is next to me..he goes around my defender and his defender..for a split second he is wide open under the basket...i pass to him...easy score...cant remember how many times i have run that with udoh...

Yeah my PG is 6'6" lol. I'm going for the Penny Hardaway mold. As such I also play half my minutes at SG, but that doesn't result as horrible as it otherwise would because I have height, a decent vertical, and decent strength at this point.

Strange thing has been happening with my post ups lately though...I've been blowing wide open shots with the up and under move that I've been making all season. Not sure why that's the case because it's the same shot that I've been taking all season, but maybe I'm just in a bit of a slump.

ya i've had some recent issues with the post up as well...my jump shot is continually improving though(i love using a baseline screen to get a wide open jumper...shot is money)

i'm also getting more assists...mostly because my passing is improving and i'm running more fastbreaks...but also because i am figuring out how to find my guys...and my guys are getting better at finishing at the rim

i hate when i pass to an open guy on the perimeter or in the lane..AND HE HOLDS THE BALL INSTEAD OF SHOOTING IT..

its dumb...or you make a bad pass and the person you pass makes a bucket...and you dont get credited the assist...baffles me...only has happened once or twice but it pisses me off..an assist is an assist..shouldnt matter if my pass is good or bad

defense is getting better too(individually and as a team)....if a guy runs down the shot clock to 5...he probably isnt going to pass it..double him....they take a terrible shot...or they get a violation...or in the post use a double team

its really all about figuring out cpu tendencies....regarding your teammates and your opponents

I still miss wide open 3s, but I haven't tried to up my 3pt shot or consistency in a while. They're both at least 82 though. I think my 3 is 84 or 85 actually.

And I can relate with the assist thing. A lot of times, they'll just dribble around and then score and I don't get the assist if they dribble for more than 2 seconds. I hate that bad pass thing too. Nothing loses me more assists than my teammates simply clanking layups off the rim or someone on the other team turning into Dwight Howard for a play. I really should be getting 10 assists every game, but they just find ways to screw up. I actually have to carry a lot of the scoring load lately because Boozer and Rip for some reason shoot like 30% when I'm in the game (which is nearly all the time) and go on fire when I'm on the bench.
