Starts with George. He’s a giant pussy that’s not up to the job. Maybe Virginia will be pissed. She seems like the only one that has a bit of spunk…. When she still knows she has a team.

Look, Nagy seems to have that whole "leader of men" thing down and I get that. I see that myself as a fan.

But the guy sucks at offensive play calling and sucks at hiring defense.

Desai is polishing a turd and I will give all credit to him as an individual at the end of the season but it is no credit to Nagy.



So here's where they're at IMO. Nagy can be the head coach. Fine.. But Nagy is neither a OC or a DC. And that has happened before in the NFL. Nagy can simply be a HC(leader of men) But the Xs and Os are above his pay grade.
So if they can't find a legit OC and a legit DC that would be willing to only perform those roles, Nagy's time is up.
And if the higher ups in the Bears organization can't see that, they're doomed.
