This quote in here is actually pretty kewl.

NO ONE WANTS TO PLAY AGAINST THAT KID. I CAN TELL YOU THAT MUCH,” ONE LEAGUE EXECUTIVE SAID. “AND IF YOU HAVE HIM, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW MUCH IT WOULD STIMULATE YOUR OWN IMAGINATION FOR WHAT’S POSSIBLE. HE’S PRETTY DAMN TALENTED.”

“HE DOES A LOT OF THE BIG THINGS REALLY WELL. NOW FIGURE OUT THE SIMPLE,” THE EXEC SAID. “DO THE SIMPLE THINGS REGULARLY. JUST HIT THE (BLEEPING) CHECK-DOWN EVERY NOW AND THEN. DON’T TRY TO MAKE EVERY PLAY A HIGHLIGHT.”

It would be so bears to draft a high potential, big play QB that busts cuz he can’t check down lol

Curtis Samuel did have a thousand yards from scrimmage and Henry Ruggs IV's problem was not that he wasn't going to be productive on the field. I get the point, but more than just one of these guys has been successful in the pros (or at least had what it takes). That and it leaves off everyone who didn't run at the combine, which was pretty common until very recently.

Young has larger hands than Fields, that’s interesting.

Basically Russell Wilson. Slightly shorter, slightly smaller smaller hands, but the same weight.

Honestly could've gone way, way worse for him. I don't think any team who hadn't already taken Bryce Young off their boards is going to be changing their minds over this, and perhaps a few times who were out on him might take a second look.
Bigger than I thought. Pay up goofballs, your miniature franchise QB is here!

People obsessed with JSN 40 time but you don't need to be sub-4.5 guy to get open. Lookn at St. Brown in Detroit. He also ran a 4.6.
Totally agree with you. once you get drafted your 40 times mean jack-shit. It's all about what you do on the field. I think the point some are making (at least I am) is that the 40 times will have an impact on where you get drafted. Kupp ran a 4.62/40 and was drafted in the 3rd round St. Brown ran a 4.61/40 and was drafted in the 4th round. I have no clue what JSN will run. Looking at game tapes, he looks like a high 4.5 guy to me. I think my only point is that if he runs 4.62 on his pro day I don't believe he is a first-rounder anymore.

Brought Fields in and still drafted two DBs with our first two picks and gave Fields absolutely no help?

They must not have listened to him at all.
Or maybe he said the same thing some of us here have said: The WRs aren't worth those 2nd round picks so the two defenders offered the best value.
