Would be stoked for a Paris Johnson and JSN combo somehow

Only way I could see that happening is if Seattle wants to trade up to 1.

Not absurd, but I think they keep geno shit and possibly draft a QB next year.

JSN not running the 40 made me think he's hurt, but he showed out. Dude is going top 20 for sure....paris should be gone by then too.

Maybe if they pick up twelfth and second in a dramatic overpay from the Texans.

I don't see how on earth the Bears could pass on one of these edge rushers to draft another wide receiver. The biggest hole on the team is pass rushing and its the strongest positon (aside from maybe quarterback) in this otherwise mediocre draft class.
That kinda makes the point for going with WR or another position with our 1st round since Edge/DE is so deep you can draft them in the 2nd or 3rd round. You could go JSN or whatever position in the 1st and go DE-DE with both 2nd round picks, that's of course if we trade down and add another 2nd round pick which it sounds like we will.

The "investment" in that position has already been made. The Bears barely have a rosterable player on the defensive line and the situation on the offensive line isn't much better than that. They've got other problems to deal with. Maybe if they hadn't fucked up that Chase Claypool trade they'd have the extra selection and extra flexibility....but they don't.
Pretty sure the Bears have no thoughts on this being a rebuild they can do in one offseason. This is at the very least a 2 year rebuild.

So Allbright said people were talking about Atlanta as the most likely team if this came to be.

That would leave the Ravens needing a QB with pick 8 & 22 plus an extra 1st next year.

Would seem like a good trading partner to me. (Yes I know, lots of dominos and not likely. Just another scenario to consider)
