He also had a 53% completion percentage last year…. In college ?

Believe me when I say I don't believe he's going to be a successful NFL QB. That still doesn't change the fact that managers and owners ALWAYS fall in love with outstanding measurables. Now place those numbers on the most important position in all of sports and there will be more than a few who let their imagination run wild!

He’s really good at stretching the field when healthy, yes. That’s what I see Hyatt providing an offense, someone to stretch the defense vertically

If that’s really good, then sure. I just don’t see Hyatt as anything more than that, though. His ceiling is #2 type production, and I’d say he’s more likely a #3 type guy
I usually don't use the combine to change how good or bad i look at players but i have come down on Hyatt after his combine yesterday. All the talk was he was going to be the fastest WR in the 40 running somewhere in the 4.2's and he double caught and dropped a few balls in the drills so i'm down on him right now.

Yea, I saw him too.

I don't really want to draft a TE tho. I'm fine with Kmet, think he's good enough at inline TE for the time being...

Just want a slot WR or TE, or RB, or anyone who can play in the slot.

Kmet isnt guaranteed to sign and most teams need 2 good TEs so drafting one on day 3 to groom makes sense. Even if you resign Kmet, by the time a Kuntz needs a new deal, Kmet's deal will be almost up.

Yeah super concerned about his ability to handle NFL DBs - hes 11 pounds lighter and .2 seconds slower than he was billed at going into combine. Obviously there is a round where you still take the gamble if he falls, but hard no thank you to Hyatt on day 1 or early day 2.

Okay, except one of them was a top 10 NFL TE in fantasy last year and is already on the bears.

Inline TE is one of the hardest positions to develop in the nfl and takes the most time.

The hate kmet gets on here is astonishing. He's finally catching TE's so lets replace him wtih a college TE who only caught 3.

Not saying Washington isnt or cant be a good NFL player, but you'd literally be replacing Kmet with the same type of player.
You call him cold cement soooooo...................................

Well maybe perhaps you should literally pipe down and put the pipe down because legend has it that you literally called your niece your girl-friend which is way worse.
Looks like i'm finally getting through to you because this might be the first time you spelt every word in a post correctly. Hmmmmmm

Lamar Jackson played 3 seasons in college. He completed 54.7, 57.2 and 59.1%. Josh Allen was 56 and 56.3%

Richardson is a tremendous athlete who likely can get 700-1000 rushing yards in the NFL with 7-10 TDs. That is a good floor for a QB.

He is also going to play this year ar age 22. So basically 2-3 years to improve accuracy and he will still be just 24 or 25.

Think he easily goes top 10 and quite frankly likely he goes top 5 now.

"This free agent class looks really bad. Hmmm...maybe I should give away my second pick?"

This GM is a fucking hopeless moron. Sad for the Bears, thank god we get to watch Arlington Heights unravel before the incompentence of the McCaskey family and their "stadium nerd" team president.
Would it help you stop bleeding all over the board to know the only reason Bears paid that much was because the Packers were also offering their 2nd round pick and Bears had to increase their offer?
