Yeah, they don’t think he’s worth it obviously
Wrong they can't meet his demands for a new contract and they're still trying to sign him to a deal within the week.

Keep telling yourself he's not worth the money though when Braxton Jones continues to get worked next season.

So Lance will be starting when healthy right?

Don't know because that is irrelevant. The question is whether Lance was a scheme fit when they drafted him. He was. Whether he is the best QB now that Purdy blew up remains to be seen. You are applying hindsight. The point is they obviously drafted Lance with the idea he fit the scheme. JG was a dink and dunker and they wanted a QB who could throw further down the field as well as stretch the D by being another option to run.

The whole scheme fit thing is a weak argument.

This year's excuses for not getting FAs won't be money, or no one is available, it's gonna be "he wasn't a scheme fit".

Whatever....

Do you acknowledge that different teams run different schemes and not everyone fits in every scheme?

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears

big difference between not fitting offensive scheme not fitting blocking scheme. That being said, the Greg Olsen traded because he didn't fit Martz's scheme was so stupid. Tell Martz I say **** Him

Bro, I think this guy thinks football is football. I don’t think he knows shit about scheme or pretty much anything apart from a consistent trolling.

He’s had several points explained. He keeps arguing to argue, even after it being pointed out that Trey Lance, despite misgivings, was what, at that time, Shanahan wanted to run the O, thereby illustrating Fields was a fit. It doesn’t fit with his narrative, so he rejects it. Same with scheme vs OT fit. Whereas, there are posters who adapt their understanding to new information, he’s not one. He’s right like a broken clock and just as random.

Following his argument is a case study.
