I want to be clear with what you're saying, Velus Jones Jr and Justin Fields have equal value on the trade market. So either Justin Fields is really bad or the Velus Jones Jr was malarkey produced for a TV show to make it all the more palatable that a 4th RB would remain on the roster. So now it's true that a team offered a trade similar or more than the bears got for Fields.....or is this all still a con job?
Justin fields was traded for a 6th (possibly 4th if conditions met)I want to be clear with what you're saying, Velus Jones Jr and Justin Fields have equal value on the trade market. They dedicated an entire Hard Knocks segment to talking about how much they love Velus Jones Jr and now there's a collective of fans ready to die on the hill of how great he is.
Yes the trade was bullshit because there is no video of him taking a phone call from said team about the trade. And then the entire segment that followed where they pump up his value for remaining on the team was all a ploy to get Bears fans to deal with the reality.Justin fields was traded for a 6th (possibly 4th if conditions met)
Velus Jones was requested for in a trade by at least one team offering a day 3 pick...Poles said he wouldn't go below a 4th
Thus they have near equal trade value within the NFL GM community....which is what dictates value; not your opinion.
Just to be clear.....do you still continue to think the VJJ trade offer was fake and the entire hard knocks segment was made up by Poles/Flus/bears/hbo/vjj/vjj agent???
yeah, he seems really broken up about it.Yes the trade was bullshit because there is no video of him taking a phone call from said team about the trade. And then the entire segment that followed where they pump up his value for remaining on the team was all a ploy to get Bears fans to deal with the reality.
The Bears are masters of media manipulation. That's why Bruce Arians wasn't hired because he didn't do a press conference, it's why last year they put out that Darnell Wright did the same conditioning test as the receivers and then this year they did the same thing with Gervon Dexter saying he did the conditioning test with the defensive ends.
The Bears love to artificially inflate value through media manipulation. While simultaneously tearing down a player like Roquan Smith
To recap; thus far:Yes the trade was bullshit because there is no video of him taking a phone call from said team about the trade. And then the entire segment that followed where they pump up his value for remaining on the team was all a ploy to get Bears fans to deal with the reality.

Poles said he wouldn't take anything less than a 4th. They didn't say what was being offered, and only mentioned one team. So it's not like the phone lines were burning up with teams eager to get their hands on Velus, it seems. If someone was calling, it was likely offering a 6th (at max) to guarantee they got him rather than trying to scoop him up on waivers if he was on the chopping block, but we just don't know.Velus Jones was requested for in a trade by at least one team offering a day 3 pick...Poles said he wouldn't go below a 4th

Should I be talking about Caleb Williams camel toe instead? This is why everyone laughs at you
Should I be talking about Caleb Williams camel toe instead?
Nah.....it's all a fake, there was no call or offer....just a way to make fans forget vjj might be cutPoles said he wouldn't take anything less than a 4th. There was a trade offer that was rejected per the Chicago Bears and no one else.Nah.....it's all a fake, there was no call or offer....just a way to make fans forget vjj might be cut
Per Daniel
Got itThere was a trade offer that was rejected per the Chicago Bears and no one else.
There was a better trade offer for Justin Fields that the Chicago Bears rejected to do the right thing for Justin Fields.
Roquan Smith wasn't good enough to play in this defense per the Chicago Bears but is now a two time All Pro.
Do you know what a deep fake is?Got it
You still think the entire HBO segment was a Chicago Bear/HBO/VJJ + agent deep fake production so fans wouldn't complain that they kept VJJ
Wuts wrong with ur brane?Yes the trade was bullshit because there is no video of him taking a phone call from said team about the trade. And then the entire segment that followed where they pump up his value for remaining on the team was all a ploy to get Bears fans to deal with the reality.

HBO and the Bears clearly edited clips of Poles/Flus in his office, then patched together words to form sentences about a trade offer for VJJDo you know what a deep fake is?
Carry on my guy. Velus Jones won't score a touchdown this year.HBO and the Bears clearly edited clips of Poles/Flus in his office, then patched together words to form sentences about a trade offer for VJJ
The ruse is crystal clear since the team didn't want to take heat from fans for keeping VJJ vs cutting VJJ.....they'd never recover had they not set up this con job
Who said he wouldCarry on my guy. Velus Jones won't score a touchdown this year.
1st kickoff of the year....out of the back of the end zoneI mean....starter vs bum is a big deal. That 28.8 is skewed just like all of velus's 20 yard runs vs. guys who are now unemployed.
Especially in preseason. Dont worry, we will soon know if daniel is a secret genius or the moron we all know he is.
