"Kyler Gordon looks solid"

but Teven Jenkins had a bad practice and thus had to be benched in favor of a replacement level vet with no upside or long term future in Chicago.

What a crock of shit.So
Coach Flus: "Guys, we really value hard work and playing smart. Do the right things every day and it will show on the practice field and on game day. We are building a culture that will lead to team success, all you have to do is buy in and I promise you will see results. Well except you, Teven, you can slack ass and you will get all the playing time you
want. OK guys, on, one. TEAM.!"

Yeah, that would work.

Disagree. Borom looks like trash and he did so last year as well.

Not a huge fan of Jones’s play, but he’s the rookie with upside, not Borom.

Borom was born March 30 and Jones March 27 of the same year. They are the same age but Borom has one more year in the NFL.

Jones has given up 9 pressures with 3 sacks and Borom 5 pressures and 2 sacks.

So yeah Borom is better right now and the rookie thing is irrelevant once you realize they are the same age.

They both should play. Not playing Reiff just so he can take development away from two 23 year old tackles just so he can hit his incentives and we can pay him 5-7m more in a non-contending season.

It is developmentally and financially stupid.

If a TE can’t block in a Shanny scheme, then they don’t use him it seems.

Yeah this is well known. Gesicki only makes sense if you want to play him as a big slot WR not a TE which doesnt work for Dolphins with their talent but could work for us.

Agreed. I feel like the eye test says that our tackles haven't been great. Buuuuuuuuuuut... reps. Every young player needs them.

How is it irrelevant? That's the stupidest thing I've heard.

What matters most here is experience. I don't really care what their age is.

Jones is a rookie in the NFL. Borom is not.

Teven is not their guy. Gordon is. You didn't believe all that best 5 BS did you?

Gordon played fine last game. The long play was him covering up for another DB that didn't play his zone. It's possible Gordon was playing the wrong set but it's unlikely. Previous game, he was a disaster.

Citing ‘pressures’ is potentially the most cringe thing going on right now. How can we make it stop?

Wait, what is that about?
That is BUFF OC right after they ran out of time at the end of the game this week. They caught a ball in bounds with no TO's left and were about 5 yards from FG range.
