Yadier Molina was not clutch just now.
You want to talk about density?
Do you want me to start making up good numbers for Ramirez? You want to talk about density? How can you continue to miss the point despite all the evidence before you. Players that make it to the big leagues will perform about the same in all situations if given enough time in each situation. That is why players numbers with RISP fluctuate wildly from year to year. That is why we can give you examples of great players like Cliff Lee and Justin Verlander struggling in the postseason and meh at best players like Colby Lewis dominating. It isn't due to some character flaw but rather sample size.
This goes beyond Ramirez, but rather how one should evaluate players. Performance in the postseason is the most important time for players to perform, but the idea that players can dramatically raise or lower their production depending on the situation is not supported by any empirical evidence.

07-08 postseasons don't count?I'm pretty sure you don't have to make them up
Gawd Verlander is terrible. Doesn't he know this is a must-win game? How can he be so un-clutch? So disappointing.

So is Yadi clutch or not? Make up yo damn mind! haha
I know LeBron is so not clutch.
TLR strikes again!
It obviously worked so he'll just keep doing it. Because he's smarter.
