They're simulating an end of game situation where all the offense needs is a first down to win.
I just laugh that the tweet APPEARS to brag about Love's performance handing off to Dillon twice and throwing a screen.

I get that you have to practice situational football, but the tweet is more about how good Dillon is as a RB and not Love as a QB.

All camp it’s being reported how shit their offense is but I guess this first down changes everything

Oh. I thought it was satire.

Well, AJ Dillon might be good enough to win them two games. I find it hilarious that "putting Love through the 4 minute offense" is a handoff drill.

I have chatted with a couple of Packers fans I've encountered over the summer and without fail, the ones I've talked with are over-the-moon happy that Aaron Rodgers is gone. I mean they really piled onto him and they genuinely believe there will be no drop-off with Jordan Love.

I'm not hating on Jordan Love, but Packers fans seem really spoiled by having consecutive HOF QBs, so much that they don't seem to realize that it's not the norm. Finding a good QB is hard. I have no idea whether Jordan Love will work out for them or not, but at some point you have to at least acknowledge the odds.

Fanbases can buy into really stupid narratives sometimes. I remember people were convinced that Fred Hoiberg was going to be a good coach in the NBA and that shit set the Bulls back a good decade.

Rodgers was extremely special, replacing him will be extremely hard and that fanbase is about to eat shit for a minute. Not sure how he'll do in NY but in sports - hypertalented folks win. Jordan Love isn't special - I'd liken him to MItch's talent level. Not huge, hot a huge arm, not overly fast and not experienced so he's probably not going to be a step ahead mentally. Just a tough road.
