This offense is a QB away from being a good offense. There's plenty of talent on this offense to win with if you have a good QB even with M.Nagy calling the plays and with an average o-line.

I know many are either too young to realize this cause they think they know more then they really do about the game or have so much hate for R.Pace that they can't even admit that there's plenty of talent on this offense and it's a good QB away from being a super bowl contending team, which is actually really funny, but the talent is there on this offense and with good QB play whether that be Trubs or Foles or M.Fine or we have to wait another year and draft our QB in next years 1st round, the talent is there.

Nagy is one of Pace's biggest shortcomings. an average 12-15 ranked ball control offense with this defense is a SB contending team. But Pace's offensive guru, Nagy, completely refuses to understand or except that. If Nagy won't change and Pace can't get him to, they both should go.

So what offensive system would you favor with one of the worst run blocking units in the league and Mitch Trubisky?

I would do what is suggested and do an under centre zone run offense like Shannahan runs that protects the QB and uses their feet.

I would have also invested in my OL rather than spend 14 million on a complimentary pass rusher to my 25 million dollar pass rusher.

It is all about the O line, that's where the change needs to start. Even a bad NFL QB can look acceptable with time to throw with a great O line and a corresponding running attack because of a great O line. Start the fix there. I just do not understand the lack of attention paid to the O line this off season. Ifredi, fine journeyman but it didn't fix anything, he's just a place holder.

Did people really expect either of these qb's to make a reasonable difference? I'll still hold out for a mitch miracle but the shit aint happening. Mitch is what he is and foles has been shit for the high majority of his entire career.

It's looking like its going to be another mediocre season due to an inept offense. I truly feel sorry for this defense. Imagine being one of the players on that unit and just needing your offense to score 20 points to win a game but they can't fucking do it.

So you gonna bet the farm against the Bears, I mean you must have all the inside information to be able to predict the season?

I think the OL talent is low middle of the road, hence between 12-24, but the playcalling and play design is bottom of the barrel. Kinda a chicken and egg thing, but you don't know about the egg when you have a headless chicken calling plays.

Hopefully, Lazor and DeFilipo have some ability to reign in his clown show play design/calling better than the cardboard cutout of Helfrich that the Bears employed the previous 2 years.
