Big win to stop the streak against a really high powered team. Felt almost like reversed roles in this one where Colorado came out thinking it was going to be able to take a night off and get an easy win. Amazing to see what can happen if you actually start scoring goals especially on power play to make them pay. Let's see if this is something to build on or just an aberration. I'm not saying that he's playing bad in any way but at some point Connor bedard is going to have to start showing up on the stat sheet like the generational player he is. Yes I know he scored in each of the last two games. And has nine points in 10 games. But he also has five games where he was kept off the scoresheet.

I took my mom to the early November game vs Pantharz last year for her birthday.
Shes a big Donato fan because she's friends with his brother.
I don't know how that happened but she wanted to look in Hawks store at UC for a Donato shirsey.
Told her they don't make shirseys for everyone but go ahead and look.

They really let that winnable game get away from them. Not an excuse but just a reminder, 7 of the first 11 games have been on the road. And I don't know that anyone has more miles on them then this team already. With the next two on the road as well.
