Nice.

Every once in a while, I will go online and look at Hy-Vee's ads. I've heard nothing but good things about their meat department from my Iowa relatives.
Yeah, their meat dept is pretty large and seems good. Them and Fareway seem to have the best meat depts of the grocery stores around here.

I just saw the 312 and got a boner.
It was money. Both the 312 and Honker's Ale are a couple of my favorites.

Just on the grill. I did them with indirect heat, using the upper rack.

15 minutes later, when I went to check on them. Looked good and smelled even better.

Another 15 minutes after the above picture, they were ready for the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

With the combination of the spice rub and the sauce, they tasted awesome.

So 30 min on the grill with indirect heat? How hot was the grill temp? How tough were the ribs?

Cooked some bratwursts on my George Foreman grill tonight.

I was out running some errands this evening and by the time I got home it was too dark for me to use the grill on my balcony. My condo association won't let me affix any lights outside and cooking by flashlight blows.

Just took tomorrow night's dinner out of the freezer. I got a pork chop marinating in some Bulliard's steak sauce.

When I buy steaks, I get a New York strip steak and cut it in two so I can get two meals out of it.

1/2 of a New York strip steak, marinated in some London Pub steak sauce (a cheaper version of A1-tastes just like it and it's only $1.99) and seasoned with garlic salt and McCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning.

foreman grill is very underrated

Especially when the weather does not permit. Plus I live in a condo and cannot have any outside lighting on my balcony, so using my grill is not an option during the winter.

I'm gonna grill this 1/2 of a NY strip steak tomorrow.

Do you buy a lesser cut since you are masking the natural flavors of the steak with the marinade?

Wow. Can't believe you would do that to a quality steak. To each their own though

You plan on manning up and eating a whole steak someday? *ducks*

I'm broke, so cutting strips in half is economical for me. Get two meals for the price of one steak.

And to further answer your original question, this particular steak was kind of tough, so I marinated it to loosen it up and cooked it on medium low heat.

Did a cheeseburger on the grill tonight. Even toasted the bun on the grill.
