Why would BOS need Byrd? They have all 3 OF spots taken, Crawford, Ellsbury, Reddick...What scares me is BOS needs a SS and Pitching.

I agree. I didnt see it but my dad said the BOS globe reporter was on CSN and said that BOS would want something MLB ready and usefull for BOS. Only position they need is SS and of course P.
