LMAO!! Finally someone that knows my pain everyone at work is like wtf is wrong with you haha

Haha yeah, I have a co-worker who does it worse. He drinks an entire gallon of water before going to work each morning. He goes about 16 times in the morning then not at all the rest of the day. I'd personally rather spread it out through the entire day.

I'm really only doing cardio and my abs right now, because I severely injured my shoulder and I'm working my way through it in physical therapy. It's been about 3 and a half weeks since I got to feel my muscles rip through my skin, it's killin me. I was already in great shape, but now my stamina's through the roof. I run a couple miles everyday as soon as I wake up, perfect way to kick start things. The downside is, I'm 6'2 and looking skinny as hell right now, but obviously very defined. Just over the last week I dropped down to the 29th percentile for my size :(

Uh... no. You get all the cardio vascular adaptations you need with resistance training. Unless you rest for 8 minutes between sets every day. In which case you're an idiot. Do a set of heavy squats, and check your pulse. As for core training being a necessity.. it depends.

When I refer to core training, I mean combining balance with strength training...such as stability or medicine balls. You cannot be truly strong w/o a solid foundation, and you certainly cannot play most sports effectively w/o it. Free standing squats require balance using hip flexors etc, that's solid core training.
