I haven't heard from him in a while. Why isn't he answering questions about Trubisky or Nagy and this SHITSHOW of an offense? Or is he still peeking behind doors like Windy's pic?

BEARS

Need to keep in mind Ryan Pace is a GM... he did his work, for better or worse, in the offseason.

When you manage at that level, you are strategic, not tactical, generally.

Pace hired Nagy to fix things on the ground... Pace looks at things in a season-long lense, not 1 play, 1 half, 1 game.

If as a strategic leader you need change in the leaders below you, that usually means you need to hire new subordinates.

And you do that, ideally, in the offseason, not int he middle of a season.

For all the hand-wringing, you're not getting a Fire Nagy, or Fire Helrich, or Cut Trubisky or even bench Trubisky.

Pace is going to watch how this plays out, and if Nagy digs his own grave he will take action.

Pace is going to watch how this plays out, and if Trubs digs his own grave he will take action.

But he will do it in the offseason.

You can bet Pace is talking to Nagy constantly about the issues with this team.

You can also bet Pace isn't going to comment on any of it to us. That's Nagy's job...

Yup. Most GMs stay quite most of the year. The likes of Jerry Jones tend to be the exception.

The Bears need to go ahead and start looking for a qb before the deadline...and while they're at it, they might as well get a coach with basic football knowledge, an offensive line that can halfway block, and a front office and talent scout that know what a qb should be able to do....the idiots moved up in the draft to select Matt Tribumsky and passed on Mahomes and Watson to get this garbage man....I'm so fed up with the Bears and their stupidity......

Aren’t the cubs already in the midwest?
