I still think Jax might rail poles in a trade
Nah Ian is out for blood…they’ll be lucky to get a 7th
I still think Jax might rail poles in a trade
I look forward to the actual draft because a lot of points that have been absolutely trashed on CCS are suddenly popping up in a lot of final mocks.
We shall finally see who the "idiots" truly are.
Good point actually. Very good point… no way Ian allows Poles to trade with them and let the guy they chose look good. Even if it’s the wrong choice not to move, I’d imagine they’d be stubborn. Ian just said how it hurt to lose that job and Poles can’t do that to his buddy.Nah Ian is out for blood…they’ll be lucky to get a 7th
Is this post meant to mock the process? What’s this mean? I assume he’s laughing that no one knows anything?
where did I say draft Jeanty? I want to trade up for Abdul Carter or Mason GrahamSo you think the Bears can be literally the first team in a very long time who can draft a top 10 running back and have it work out for them?
If history is any indicator, we'd be trying to buck a really bad trend by taking Jeanty at #10 let alone trading up for him. You could look at the superbowl winners and their leading rushers and other than this past season, you won't find any dynamic, incredible rushers. The Chiefs won the prior two years with Pacheco as their leading rusher (under 1,000 yards both seasons). The Rams before that with Sony Michel under 1,000 yards. The Bucs before that with Ronald Jones under 1,000 yards. The Chiefs before that with Damien Williams at under 500 yards. The Patriots in 2018 with Sony Michel under 1,000 yards. The Eagles in 2017 with LeGarrette Blount under 800 yards. Other than last year, you need to go back to the 2016 Patriots to find the last superbowl winner with a leading rusher over 1,000 yards (LeGarrette Blount as well).
- The last top 10 back drafted was Bijan Robinson. Looks alright for now but Atlanta isn't some juggernaut because of him.
- Before that, in 2018 it was Saquon #2. How'd the Giants fare with him?
- Jacksonville took Fournette #4 overall in 2017. How'd that work out? Carolina took McCaffrey #8 overall and it never turned into any team success, not until he was traded to a good team.
- 2016 the Cowboys took Ezekiel Elliot #4 overall. He had some good years but it didn't translate to many wins when it counted.
- The Rams took Todd Gurley 10th overall in 2015. How'd he do?
- in 2012 the Browns took Trent Richardson 3rd overall. Ditto.
There's a reason why the RB position has become so devalued.
I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. This is such a bad take.

Maybe they are in trade talks and will keep upping the offer until the last second, then pull the rug and tell Jacksonville they are going in a different direction, just out of spiteGood point actually. I think you’re right in that Poles will look to add a veteran like Hendrickson or Kayvon. I don’t think Dayo is just an interior rusher though. Allen values really big guys to set the edge and collapse the pocket. While Dayo will certainly be moved cause Allen likes to do that, I expect he’ll primarily be on the edge of the line.
I hate a move up to 5. I don’t hate Jeanty and I’m sure we’d all move on and love watching Jeanty play. One day we may even say the decision was correct, but I hate it today. I feel he’s being hustled by the young guy trying to be overzealous.

Yeah he’s just pointing out the misinformation out thereIs this post meant to mock the process? What’s this mean? I assume he’s laughing that no one knows anything?
The entire mock draft community is just an exercise in group think. Graham to Jax has been a lock, according to everyone, for months. Somehow everyone knew this with a new GM and new HC, as if they were going around telling everyone. Now, they what, changed their minds the day before the draft, like they just started watching offensive players, or something?Ok, sure, but he's been considered one of the very best prospects behind Hunter/Carter for a very long time, and rightfully so.
Damn, good for you (well, your daughter) man! That’s the hottest ticket in town right now.Shit I’m tired, up till 3am to get my daughter that switch 2! I landed the plane, will Poles?

Consensus from the ratings generators is the bears pick Tyler Warren. I’m not thrilled with a TE but if this is the pick I trust Johnson has a plan for him. Having two TEs would be great for Caleb as well. Trying to see the positive but myself I’d prefer one of the edge or tackles.
WE'VEIf they are hell bent on Jeanty, 10 and 41 for 5 and 107 is a fair deal. **** giving them 39.
Plus, there is no way in hell they should add 148.
They should stick and pick or trade down.
I’m still hoping for Banks Jr. but now it seems everyone is coming to the conclusion I’ve been stating for months, the guy is pretty damn good!
Although, I’m sure the NFL people knew this all along. It’s the pretend experts that have been dogging him.
