Blatant or not it’s against the rules. Hell, I’ve seen guys barely tap a QBs head trying to knock down a pass and get called for roughing. Not blatant, but that doesn’t matter.

No. The goal line is different than any other line on the field. If you can't legally possess the ball while going into the endzone, and it leaves the field of play, why should you get a second chance?
