debrincat to kane to strome GOAL.

Never on the ice again.

Move Nylander to the fourth line, puck finds him every time in the first, then only 9 minutes. Sorry JC, you gotta scratch that dude.

Too much juggling? Caggula to the kane line, Highmore promoted to the third line, Nylander makes the fourth line lost. Gotta stick to something here for the back to backs.

JC is tool, he can’t coach his way out of a paper bag. Tazer and Kubalik staring at Smith who is standing on top of CC in the crease. This team frustrates the shit out of me.

Time to maybe rotate some other kids to have a chance on defense next year.. Can't expect for Crawford to save the day every game. Maybe also try to package a trade that includes DeBrincat, and Nylander after the season they keep getting rubbed out and are useless majority of the time. The team has a hot potato attitude when it comes to passing, passing blindly with no control or vision. to create meaningful plays. Overall, the team has no cohesiveness and just trying to create things on the fly that usually turn into a shit turnover and more pressure on Crawford. Colliton should be on the hotseat. Whatever window was open with the vet cup winners is closing fast and barely open. Other then the Europe connection, Bowman hasn't done shit to to mix in rookies with the old core..

13 year old puke faced head coach, trying to get something out of a couple aging superstars, a brilliant young forward, some disastrous reclaimation projects, and aside from a long-in-the-tooth former Norris and Conn Smythe winner, a defense full of all 6/7's....that's literally the drop-off after Keith. No one would trade more than a late round draft pick for anyone outside Keith on the Hawks D and your lying to yourself if you think otherwise. A decent GM could have given the stars of this team one more serious run at a 4th Cup, but our mealy mouthed moron living on his dad's name ain't that guy.

Strome hit the cross bar early in OT that would have ended it. Ugh

Well...we saw some lines tried.

Something seems likely wrong with Kane. His arm, or elbow, or wrist, hand, or shoulder. He isn't his normal stick handling self even with the three assists they aren't the usual assists. He isn't holding the puck or interested in doing so, he is moving it and in a limited way, he is almost a decoy and that might just be the reality. Something is up with him. I think its his forearm shooting motion because he passed up chances to shoot late, he botched that tip in opportunity though because whatever physical has him mentally out of the game, normal kane is quicker to that puck with an accurate chip threat)

Kubalik-Toews-Kane looks like our top load up.

Strome-Cat-Kane did their quick attack skate snipe thing.

Crow looked like he has, almost more concerning in his flailing desperation and discombobilia than in the soft goal or two. Even when the chances were almost even, the quality of chances was not at all.

I think they were 22-7 or something in third period and overtime on shots. Our 1 shot in overtime hit the bar, their 7 hit the back of the net finally.

Had to steal that one to steal a series. Our offensive accuracy is still a danger but it seems hopeless when the opponent can turn the screws on a broken back team and play at such advantages.

Its still crazy that our D pairing are based on chemistry of the back half and we end up with this 1 paired with 6 shit.

Give Keith what he can do the very best job with for christs sake. Otherwise you just wear out Keith and hamstring the top units.
Time to die by the sword. We gotta load up and pray the rift raft can pretend to hold their own in limited minutes.

Kubalik-Toews-Kane
Cat-Dach-Saad
Nylander/Jewels-Strome-Kampf
Jewels/Nylander-Carp-Highmore/Entwhistle

(Highmore is outclassed athletically and scrapping, I love him and also wonder if Entwhistle or Q2 couldn't give us more value. I hate feeling bad for a player because despite their great effort they just don't have it, seen him hang his head many times in this series, he is physically overmatched and might as well give them something to worry about other than tripping over Highmore and into the box)

Many of his highlights here I see Toews and/or Kaner on his line. Coach Q knew what he brought to the table.

That's great, but he mostly played on the bottom six. He played with them on the PP; not 5-on-5.

Good decision by Colliton reuniting Kane with Debrincat and Strome. I suggested this before the game, and was glad to see it implemented. I also suggested sending Boqvist to the third tandem, but instead, Colliton benched him altogether for Carlsson, which wasn't wise in my view. I would not go back with Carlsson in Game 3 -- I would go back with Boqvist, and put him on the 3rd tandem.

Saad -- can't believe he didn't finish that glorious scoring opportunity he had.

I can't wait until Nylander is off this team and I don't have to watch his complete non-chalance out there. This guy is completely useless, thanks Stanny.

It was not implemented, Kane stayed on the ice during a change. After they scored the goal, Kane was back with Dach and Cajulla the next shift.

Opening lines were Saad Toews Kubalik. Saad and Kubalik switched sides. Cajulla, Dach, Kane, Cat, Strome, Highmore, Nylander, Kampf and Carpenter.

Yeah, it was. Colliton double-shifted Kane. Lol

Nylander is bad. He has no motor. Rare to see him win a puck battle. He may have looked good in individual hockey trick drills (Mitch Trubisky in shorts) but in live action games he's invisible.

I had some hope for him from watching the intersquad scrimages, but he doesn't seem to be able to get anything going when everyone is playing full speed and hitting

Rask's Penultimate Ride.

Deep under the heavy cloud circles the ceiling fan like a maelstrom, before spreading stormy skies across the apartment, Rask gasps for air and coughs uncontrollably yet another time, contemplating how a snoop dog level habit blends with covid-19, with a lifespan, with time.

Gloom and stale burnt air create a static of decay and dirty dishes, it is hard to see from brokenness and desperation the weekend opportunity as such. But here it is. We wake up Monday morning this season could be over...but this mission is to survive. The Hawks themselves must tally the closeness of these games and know they didn't get their best bounces, they didn't play brave, they didn't have Kane...and yet they could have won.

The belief must still rise as fans, in a miracle of kids and geezers, that this team loves hockey. They love the pain, and showing they can take more of it and still slot a laser wherever it needs to be. **** Reeves, and **** this arrogant group of pompous never did nothing hockey players who are gonna sneer and laugh at the greatest players they will ever face. They don't have half what it took to endure 3 cups to the end these men Kane, Toews, and Keith proved with half their braun, and none of their speed.

Maybe we don't get to be the ones that showed them, but I can see that somebody will get to soon in these playoffs because I can see the arrogance and disrespect in their face, I can see the weakness in their heart even as they breeze majestically through this round like polished show dogs jumping poles in pretty barrettes.

**** that. **** this. **** this goddamn series. **** the virus in Crows brain unhinging his legs from his body. **** all of that and drop this goddamn puck and watch what teenage rage and old man power is for reals. WE are GOING TO **** THESE DONKEY SUCKING BITCHES IN THE GREATEST PORNO EVER MADE!!! Saucer me some extra sauce, full hot, slo-mo hot takes this team is raining hockey God greatness on you like you never believed...

WE don't wake up monday defeated...we wake up even. After you remember who we are, we get to find out who you really are, and just maybe we'll all be better for it.

Ride or Die!!! Lets go Hawks!!! For the Gods!! For weaker men!! Rise from ashes and march in death to the bitter end, and make it terrible.
