Fucking IHOP is back!!!! My man Jenkins serving up the pancakes. I’m gonna start calling him IHOP, again!

Yeah mentioned this play in game thread. Jenkins was pretty solid tonight. Don't think he gave up a pressure.

This to me was the most impressive play of the evening

What is interesting is similar play to the one last week where he took the end zone shot to Mooney instead of the pass to St Brown for a 1st down on 2nd and 4.

Can't see if there was anyone downfield to take a chance on but on 3rd and 9 he takes the first. So hopefully that is either him recognizing the situation and/or him treating this game like the regular season and being smart as opposed to last week where he may have been taking more chances.

  2. Utah Jazz
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Utah Utes
Did not see the game......Glad Jenkins played well. How did Braxton Jones hold up against the Browns DE's?

Brax rebounded well and was pushing dudes around. No Garrett or Clowney playing though

A.) Izzat so? How did Denver get a QB? Yes. It happens, so it’s not an absolute, more of a generality where exceptions occur. There’s not reason we couldn’t be one.

B.) exactly. Since Justin Fields looks like the man, build around him. If he’s not, and after tonight’s game, him failing seems even less likely. So, draft a good team, get picks, and watch Fields be the dream incarnate.

So, once again, no we do not draft a qb next year, unless Justin Fields starts to look like the antithesis of what he looks like now.
I was going to make a post about this.

What value does a back-up QB have to a team?

If QB is the most influential and valuable position, it’s #1, and then back-up QB is at least #25.

But I’m thinking in terms of wins and trade value, and morale, time it takes to develop,

It’s probably more like 10-15.

The 12th most valuable member of the team deserves a high draft pick of value falls to you.

It’s the easiest place to stash foster value where it doesn’t depreciate if you pick well and develop well too.

I’m all for drafting one high if it falls right. Like Aaron Rodgers.

But better to grab for Russell Wilson’s in the mid rounds almost every year until you hit pay dirt.
