as of last night at 5:30 aj pierzynski had "no idea" if he was going to go anywhere..... i can see him going someplace if the money is right and if he has a chance to contend.. but the fact remains that as big of a "dick" that aj is... he has ties to chicago and he doesnt want to leave.

for those of you wondering--- i dunno if something is being circulated... but ive had 3 people in the last 20 min text me asking if aj got traded--- and no, he hasnt.. he's still here. Not sure if anyone else heard the "news" about him "being traded" today lol... thought id clear it up if you guys had.

speaking of "blowing things up" id love to see walker fired--- and to be honest, i know he was a bomber in his day but i think people underestimate a guy like frank thomas and what he could do for this team. he hit according to his pro's as a hitter and i think he'd work with the players on the team in that way as well.

Teahen is out 6 weeks, no way we move him. As for Walker that would be great, he is getting is no where!

1) Teahen is on the DL, and teams can't deal players on the DL.

2) I don't think there would be much of a market for Teahen, especially with all his arbitration years bought out already.

3) Morel was crushing the ball in AA and has recently been called up to AAA, but I'm not sure he's ready to make the jump to the MLB just yet. Maybe in early July, but not now.

Ok, you just said "get rid of" in reference to Teahen, and I thought you meant a trade (which wouldn't work well now because he's on the DL, and probably won't work well when he comes off the DL because he's a meh trade prospect with all of his arb years already bought out)

That sounds a lot like [checks calender] early July. Fantastic, we are in agreement (assuming Morel does not struggle against the better AAA pitching).

im glad we're in agreement as well.... my entire point for saying that teahen was on the dl for 4-6 weeks was to point out that we could trade him in early july and bring up morel ASSUMING he does well in AAA... but i know the kid and if ive ever met someone with more chrarisma and excitment to be in the majors- it would be brent.

I love when two people say the same exact thing in two totally different ways
