I figured out how the team can save money; get rid of the entire Diversity and Inclusion department. Giant con, waste of resources. We don't need to pay some Gender Studies grad $150,000+ per year to tell George there need to be less white males around.

I can do that job for half the salary.

I generally don't think it's a good idea to make hires based on race/gender. It should be noted that this franchise had a black HC for over a decade way before wokeness became institutionally embedded in every government agency and private corporation. He was our most successful head coach since Ditka.

I can only imagine the type of advice Professor Tanisha from Northwestern is giving these football people. I hope they have the good sense to ignore her.

I don’t believe that is the situation. I believe that the situation is like it’s stated….”diversity and inclusion” they want all people included in the search. Not just white guy retreads.
