Isn't to late to tank for Ben Simmons ?
Sure he does. He is a lot like Horace Grant in that regard. Both were/are warriors. Both were/are good rebounders. Both had a decent jump shot. When you think about it, if they had not traded for Gasol and instead by some means got a good SF/SG and moved Gibson into being a starting PF, this team would not as unbalanced as it is right now.
I am also not knocking Gasol at all. Just that the Bulls team changed in therms of its defense and the tempo of the offense. Think about it. The entire team slowed down because Gasol was not athletic enough to run the floor with the rest of them.
Horace Grant is a decent comparison to Taj....but I think Horace had the edge and was a little more polished. Either way, in today's NBA, Taj would be a bottom third of the league starter at PF. He's a fringe starter if anything. I wouldn't say he "deserves" to start. He could start, but he's really just a bench player, IMO.
I meant Eddie Curry
hell i'd take JamesOn Curry
The regular season doesn't mean anything. It's all about what this team does in the playoffs and we won't get far.
We don't even know who our top 7-8 are going to be in the playoffs yet and you already gave up.
So I take it you don't like my Rose for Eddie Curry straight up idea? This is why I've really lost interest in this board. It's quickly becoming nothing but a ***** fest for whiny fans, with occasionally some funny posts along the way.
Now I'm not deluding myself into thinking this team is the favorite to win in it all but we are a top 6 team in the league right now based on win percentage. This doom and gloom tanking talk is wildly off base and endlessly annoying.

also don't bring up that this team was a rebound away from being up 3-1 on Cleveland with out bringing up the fact that both Love and Kyrie were injured and LeBron had an off series shooting the ball
we essentially got ousted by Matthew Dellavdova and JR Smith not only that but they GAVE UP in game 6...yet im supposed to root for these guys and stay optimistic...pah-lease...these guys suck
Everything is not all negatives all the time is my point. But hey since you already stated you think these guys suck and are basically worthless, then seriously, why waste the time watching the games?
I mean listen, I understand completely what you're saying, and I'll go toe to toe with anyone over my own meatballishness on the Chicago Bulls. I just at this point trust Kirk Hinrich to run Hoiberg's offense better than Rose, and that doesn't inspire confidence going forward.Well if you're suggesting a trade, you should go with full GUSto like suggesting a "Rose for the undiscovered corpse of Bison Dele" trade
