I want a leader of men who hold his team accountable and is able to win games. Flores can hire a Offensive staff that can help Justin up his game. I don’t care if the head coach is a defensive or offensive guy.

No, NFL rules obstruct HC's from hiring away offensive coordinators to be their Offensive coordinators (unless they were fired). So, Flores would have to pick a TE coach, receiver's coach or some lower level coach. That's not what we need
