I already provided the quotes that show Reid was present in their lives and that they used to travel with the team as kids. What you posted is from when they were adults not children. You are making shit up as you have no clue about their lives growing up.
The home was littered with drugs because the 2 adult sons had them. Do you think if adult children live at home that their parents search their rooms as if they are teenagers?
Your whole narrative makes no sense. Not only was Reid at home with them but they traveled with the team for road games and Andy gave them jobs in Philly and KC when they were old enough. Thus they saw Andy at home and at work constantly. It is cherry picking because you are ignoring those facts.
O'Neill noted that searches of the Reid home found illegal and prescription drugs throughout the house. He said both boys had been overmedicated throughout much of their lives
There isn’t a structure that this court can depend on,” O’Neill said at the time.
” He also questioned Andy and Tammy’s supervision, and challenged them to be accountable for what goes on under their roof.
All of this after a court PSI. Nuff said!
i've lost the second article when i posted the OP, meant to link that one one also...that 2nd article did mentioned that Britt was indeed, juiced up.Pretty shitty thing to say if you don’t know the story imo
2 questions need clarifying.
1. How much alcohol did he consume ie was it really just a couple of drinks or was he over the legal limit?
2. Where exactly was the car he hit situated and what was the lighting situation. Stalling at the entrance ramp to an interstate at night is a pretty dangerous spot to be in if you aren't on the shoulder.
If he was drunk then 2 becomes a bit moot and he is fucked. If he was below the legal limit then 2 becomes more important as I have seen near misses in similar situations in broad daylight much less at night having lived in KC for almost 5 years.
Nfl's crime rate was all over the place, i bet they had done paid some folks off here and there..?Didn’t Dante stallworth get off from killing someone while driving drunk? It’s amazing what money and fame could do. This dude will probably pay a heavy fine, license suspended, and community service
thats a cake-walkNot necessarily. Some of those ramps on I-435 are curvy so if the car was in one of the lanes just after a curve, one bit of inattention and you are fucked. That could obviously be as a result of being drunk or it could be from checking your rearview mirror at the wrong time or fiddling with your phone. The tox report will be key in my opinion as well as determining just how far into the road this car was and where on this map the accident occurred.

protecting my life...gun possession, 10 years..Andy Reid must have been a pretty shitty parent. This kid will probably have his allowance money taken away for 1 week as punishment for nearly killing 3 people. It must be nice to have white skin and rich relatives. I’ve seen stories of others go away for 5+ years for this exact thing, even with no fatalities
you couldnt google anything yesterday? Britt consumed alcohol and got behind the wheel and nearly killed two kids in the process, and you saying not to judge anyone?Easy to jump to judgement but sad story all around.
bro, he hit two vehicles..before stopping. he tried to book it and then immediately regret it. see post #105.So, speculation. Albeit, not a stretch to think he was drunk. But having a couple of beers spread out over hours is different than driving drunk. People are talking like they know he was over the legal limit, which to my knowledge, hasn’t been determined.
karma doesn't existThe bucs have Antonio brown... karma doesn't exist
Which has nothing to do with their childhood where Reid lived at home and his kids trveled with him on the road.
You premise was he was absentee father when it is known he used to basically take his kids everywhere with him as kids and gave them jobs working for him as adults.
Hence why the same judge you keep quoting said Reid was very supportive and tried to get them help many times. So again you are just cherry picking the parts of the story you prefer.

as a truck driver..i don't drink and drive, i did use too, before becoming a trucker, but not anymore.
1. Missouri is 0.08 legal limit. 2 or 3 drinks and you're over.
2. it was 9pm, it was night out but it doesn't matter, I-435 has plenty of room, i been out there plenty of times. you gotta be a horrible driver to be able to hit someone coming off an entrance ramp..
this is the camera shot from the accident. Britt probably was gonna book it.
What does this have to do with anything???? Do you think Andy Reid wanted his kid to go out and do this??? Not wanting the Chiefs to win now because of this is pretty strange.
The Jackson County prosecutor's office announced Monday it has filed a class D felony charge against former Kansas City Chiefs assistant coach Britt Reid following a crash that critically injured a 5-year-old girl.
The girl suffered a brain injury after the Feb. 4 crash near Arrowhead Stadium that has left her unable to speak or walk.
The Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said Monday Reid has been charged with driving while intoxicated, a class D felony with a potential jail sentence of one to seven years. Prosecutors confirmed Monday afternoon that Reid posted a $100,000 bond and has been released.
According to court documents, Reid’s blood alcohol content was measured at .113, and he was driving 84 miles an hour 1.9 seconds before the crash near Arrowhead Stadium.
Reid has "prior alcohol contacts" in Pennsylvania and Arizona according to a computer check run through the Kansas Department of Revenue, the court documents said.
Recent changes in the DWI statutes by the Missouri Legislature limit the number of charges that the prosecutor's office could pursue, given the evidence in the case, said Jackson County Prosecutor Baker.
But Baker said her office will vigorously pursue these charges and Reid is not receiving any favorable treatment from Kansas City police or the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office.
Baker noted she recently communicated with the child victim's family, through their attorney.
Young’s family has not given a formal statement yet, but in a Facebook post her mother, Felicia Miller, said the charges weren’t enough.
“This s--- right here is NOT even ENOUGH (expletive) TIME,” the social media post said. “1 TO 7. He can still Walk, Talk and (expletive) eat with a spoon and fork....”
