Regardless, point stands. I don’t see any top 10 passers getting left out when it’s all said and done.
Well if we wait a decade he won't be top 10 in anything.

Also Phillip rivers and Matt Ryan are also on that list and will be ahead of Eli. Are they HOFers?

Philip Rivers definitely is. He's top 5 all time in both passing yards and passing TDs.

Matt Ryan might when it's all said and done. A Super Bowl win would've helped him out a lot. We'll see.

Whether you and I think they are worthy is irrelevant. That we're living in a golden age of offense and passing is only partially relevant. If you're among the best ever---even if there are an outsized number of current guys in that group---you're probably going to the Hall.

Your top 10 all time passers, statistically, are:

-Drew Brees
-Tom Brady
-Peyton Manning
-Brett Favre
-Philip Riviers
-Dan Marino
-Ben Roethlisberger
-Eli Manning
-Matt Ryan
-John Elway

When you're in that rarified air, you're probably not getting passed up for the Hall. If the top 10 were littered with mediocre guys, I might not think that.

And it's not even like there's a bunch of currently-active guys knocking down the door to the top 10. There aren't. The only other active players in the top 20 are Matthew Stafford and Russell Wilson, way down.
