No they couldn't of. The Clippers had a 3.8 m $ TPE from the CP3 trade that allowed them to take Young so Nene can fit under the cap in Wash. The Bulls couldn't give Korver to anyone and take Young he makes too much and wouldn't allow the trade to work with Nene. Anyway if I was the Bulls brass I dont make a trade even if they could of done a deal like this.
Also keep in mind for the Clippers Yong's bird rights dont transfer so he will defiantly be a free agent next year and teams with cap space have the advantage so he is most likley a rental.

Actually we are a more poised more prepared team this year.
And our record did mean somthing last year. Having the best record would increase anyones chances by giving us bhomecourt advantage. We fell short last year so I can understand where you are coming from Hue, but keep in mind we only lost against the Heat by a few points in each loss....The series could of went either way....Its not like the Heat were blowing us out....And we just beat them without Rose.
We hav better chemistry and are also improved this year because everyone Knows there roll now just like JL3 said in the postgame interview last night.

basically a 1st rd pick more valuable than the last pick in the 1st rd because you dont have to guarantee a deal.

I was Paxsons biggest critic for years.
But I am starting to understand why Pax keeps his cool and is patient.
He treats this team like a plant and is letting it grow without picking leaves off prematurely.
Keep watering this winning plant Mr. Paxson and let it keep growing.
We have been witnessing a championship dynasty growing up.
