No because I don't make idiotic leaps in judgement. However if we had Young in that deal you're damn right I'd feel a hell of a lot better about the Bulls chances in a 7 game series.Because then you'd surely be ranting endlessly about how the Bulls would be ready to destroy Miami this season.
As currently constrcuted in a 7 game series I'm taking the Heat.Oh, wait, I forgot. It isn't about this season because the Bulls have basically already lost.
Because we want to win a championship. Why would we trade two ridiculously cheap players who we have control over for the next 3+ seasons for some head case who's a glorified rental?
Risk I'm willing to take. We're pushing the luxury tax as it is, and would have almost no chance to resign Young next year when he's an unrestricted free agent.
Because they are trying to win a championship.Getting him makes sense for a team like the Clippers
You've clearly never seen him play based on your "can't dribble" statement.an equally as bad dribbler, and I don't think I've ever once seen him try to play defense. The way our roster is shaped, we don't really have the pieces to acquire a "rental" player, which is why, for me at least, making a larger deal was the only thing that really made sense for us.
