Sewell is a 79 as a top 10 draft pick RT. Jones is a 74 as a 5th round pick LT. LT > RT. Spending a top 10 pick on a RT over a potential franchise QB isn't really good business but you already know that. Finding a potential LT in the 5th is better than finding a RT with a top 10 pick.

St Brown was a great pickup in the 4th. Sewell was a luxury pick for a team that can't afford such luxuries. Can't think of any good team across the league that drafts RT with top 10 picks. What is funny is you will clown the Bears for Jenkins playing guard but then plenty of guards get drafted in the 2nd round. Few if any RT tackles get drafted in the top 10.
When/If JF ever becomes a franchise Qb call me. So far he is almost two years in, and has yet to break 3,000 yds passing. As for your RT/LT argument, it is dated, because the NFL has changed, and premier DE's now move around and rush from both sides. Say what you will, Lions did it the right way, build in the trenches, then get your franchise QB, not give him the David Carr treatment, and no one wastes 1st round picks quite like the Bears, so not sure what the fuck your talking about.
How many 1st round picks do the Bears even still have on their team?
1? LMAO.

I guess you're missing the part where he's breaking NFL records like guys break their dicks off in your mouth. I would expect nothing less.

76 is the record for one season. Ironically enough, that's exactly how many Justin Fields has taken - in his career.

considering he only attempts to throw the ball maybe 15-20 times a game, he might very well have the worst ever sack per pass attempt rate ever......

Stealing the jokes of a 80 year old poster who faked his death multiple times because he was so sick of getting shit on by CCSs best ?

And? He's got two second round picks at guard (one w/less than 2 years experience, two fifth round picks at tackle (one rookie, one w/less than 2 years experience) and an UDFA at center in his 3rd year. Wow, he gets sacked a lot, who could've ever expected that?

No arguments from me on that. Point was, your Gm did him wrong.

How many (of their own) first round picks do the Bears currently have on their team?
When is the last time the Bears actually signed one of their own 1st round picks to a second contract?

When Bears fans speak about franchise QB's I laugh.
When they then speak about wasting 1st round picks, I laugh even harder.

When MT was heading into his third year, I heard all of this shit before.
He will take the next step, he is our future, blah blah blah.
Rinse, repeat.

But But, next year, we have our Qb, and a bunch of cap, etc etc.
Didn't work out so well for Jacksonville, that franchise Qb and most cap space, did it?

Yet he's still setting QB records in spite of that.
He is a Qb setting RB records. Mainly because he is running for his dam life. And great for him, it's fun to watch, unfortunately, it is not sustainable. RB's have a short shelf life for a reason.

let's see how he does in his next two games, against quality opponents.

Why did you type any of that to me? I was the one who kept arguing with the masses about how bad Pace and Mitch were. Im the one who said i believe in Fields but i dont believe in the Bears. None of what you are ranting about applies to me. You love to stalk the board and talk your shit but there is no poster here who is more pathetic than you. You literally change teams because fans are mean to you. I cant imagine how many other message boards you're on, pretending to be something you're not. Pathetic.
