'Fool's Paradise' was a lot of fun with a surprisingly large cast. It's like Charile Day did a Robert Altman movie.

7/10

'The Killer' on Netflix.

I love Michael Fassbender and I love David Fincher, but I also despise a lot of voiceover in film and the first act is virtually all voiceover. Maybe it's just my pet peeve and I am being unfair, but I almost turned this movie off over it.

Strong third act saves it, but overall pretty "meh"

5/10

I felt like they were trying to parody the voiceover thing but it didn’t work for me

Trimming way down on the VO would have driven home the mundanity of the job they were trying to express IMO. Give me some uncomfortable silence, I can handle it.

Also....I fucking hate The Smiths.

I've seen it before, but it's just reaffirmed that Come and See is the greatest and most brutal ww2 film I've seen.

I never post in this thread but it if saves someone a couple hours of their life then it’s worth it. This might be the worst movie I’ve ever seen.

Such a polarizing flick. For every person that has said that I have to see it, there is another telling me it's trash.

I want to side with the "trash" people simply because Julia Roberts is in it.

Some movies are so bad they’re good in a comically bad sort of way.

This is so bad I just started fast forwarding to see the end and be done with it.

Barbie was solid. Pretty well executed, but had some lame ass acting by Ferrell. La haine was as good on a rewatch..
