Foles is much better than the past QB who maybe gone next year. Foles can read defenses, Trubisky can't. I've watched Foles in a lot of situations and said if it was #10 in there he wouldn't/couldn't of done that. Foles is much more experienced and it shows. He's much more consistent. He's best for the team. No more 29 yds total offense at the half with Foles...can't handle the chit of the past.

I also saw him yesterday ignore wide open receivers downfield and throw the dump off for a 3 yard gain

I'm not beating the drum for either one of them, but Foles better. Just off of the ability to adjust to the defense. His reads are better too.

We'd be up shit's creek w/o a paddle with some of the looks these defense have thrown at the offense if Mitch was at QB.

He knows when to change plays based on what he sees on the field. As far as the running game, I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but Nagy's offense was more under center with Mitch. Prove it! I don’t get why people say this without a caveat. Honestly it’s 50/50 he may have won he may not have. The defense is still the defense. Foles is more experienced yes, but he still makes the boneheaded plays that Mitch has made. The defense they played yesterday was putrid and he should have had a much better game......There is no going back now.

Carolina has a putrid run defense but they are allowing the 6th lowest passer rating in the NFL.

I think I prefer our offense with Foles under center, and I have been Mitch supporter since day 1. Foles can simply read defenses better, and make better decisions with the ball. His leadership is something rarely mentioned, but the guys in the locker room accept him as their leader. In all honesty, I think this offense has been playing poorly, more due to lack of talent, sub par or inconsistent OLine play, lack of run game and suspect playcalling, rather than QB performance.

We had 63 rushing yards no other team had lower than 122.
And the passing yards were the 2nd lowest they have giving up.
Are offense has to get better and by next week.

Knowing the Bears QB track record, probably shouldn't be too anxious to move on from Foles. I'd be more anxious to build a line and maybe get some outside expert intel of where the next new guy will come from. Maybe genius Nagy can ask old pal Andy how it's done.

Lol... Foles would be the first to tell you he has played poorly.....because he has. He does read defenses better but he is making poor throws to go along with some good ones. We have a 3 game stretch coming up and now that he has 3 games under his belt he should be good to go and he should be playing far better than he has shown. Big test coming for the whole team.

Both qbs are pretty blah. But one thing I know for sure is with Trubs, the bears wouldn’t have had that delay of game penalty after the time out. He wouldn’t have seen whatever Foles saw that he was trying to change out of.
