Has jack to do with a waiver claim and Tonga is a similar equivalent. Mustipher is #2 on the Ravens depth chart. All that said, Tonga has potential in the right D but that wasn't this one.

Shelley was a starter for Minn though. Don't know if because of injuries or if he straight out won the job but he was a starter.
