Yep. Tonga looked pretty promising here but then we changed the defense (Eberflus brought in) and he was no longer a good fit. The Vikings made a nice pickup with him.

Duke Shelley was never good though. He was the DB equivalent of Sam Mustipher, pretty much
Has jack to do with a waiver claim and Tonga is a similar equivalent. Mustipher is #2 on the Ravens depth chart. All that said, Tonga has potential in the right D but that wasn't this one.

Good to see the Bears management make a move we as fans have been seeing this Preseason. Hell, I said it after Bagent's first preseason pass.

Not good at pass pro.
But better at pass receiving. He’s a 3rd down back. Doesn’t see much playing time in their backfield. Homer is not good at pass protection either.

Not a fan of trading a player like Mooney. He is a tone setter. Unless some team comes with a 1st round pick or something, then maybe I’d listen.
