Dieing ain't much of a living is it?
I think it's " dying aint no way to make a living boy"
Anyways mine sounds better.
Dieing ain't much of a living is it?
Dyin' ain't much of a livin', boy.
Both right.
Almost
We all know why Black Panther was nominated. No public figure will say it because then they will be labeled a racist because that's how the world works now. Toni Collette not getting a nomination is a travesty.
and black panther is nominated for best picture. There were so many better films more deserving, in fact black panther was an average film...mediocre like the first ant-man. Where was ant-man's nomination? Where was the dark knights nomination? Sure that movie was average but at least it had one great performance. Black panther was the epitome of "meh." it received a nomination for best costume design which it definitely should win, that was the only exceptional part of that average movie.
Yeah, I get it. Saying we are a best pic nominee helps a movie. For now. Until every movie can say it.
I am not paying to see Spiderman: The Remake 2 because it gets a nom as one of 30 nominees.
It makes the designation less meaningful. And feels like a cheap trick.
As far as movies go Black Panther was just OK. It wasn’t bad but not great for any reason. It is nominated because of the subject matter.
And the fabulous costumes
Very Authentic Waucondian.
I mean, I'd rather Black Panther win than Roma. I don't get the fascination with that movie. It's ok to me. Why are people trashing Green Book and Bohemian Rhapsody? I thought those 2 movies were pretty good too.
The need to increase Best Picture nominees to as many as ten, and throw a bone to comic book movies is stupid.
Next we'll have Transformers getting nominations.
