I think the easiest transition for the defense would be Dom Capers. Old and crotchety just like Fangio. Apparently Arizona has reached out to him to be their DC. Nagy better at least make a phone call to gauge interest. When the Packers had talent on defense, they were always had a good defense under Capers.

True. Given the choice, I think he'd also take the Bears defense over the Broncos (not that the Broncos defense is anything to sneeze at). I guess some of it could hinge on his personal relationship with Fangio too.
