Teravainen could be joining the Hawks.

Considering Q loves to play musical lines, this seems about accurate.

Hahaha, I think the kid will be a stud hockey player, but I'm not expecting anything amazing right away. I'll be happy if he learns part of the system and shows some of his offensive ability. Don't expect him to jump in and start scoring at a point per game.

Well that won't be exciting!!!

If he isn't still jet lagged and he is now on our NHL roster I would say give him the start tonight. Q can double shift Sharp or a few others to minimize TT's ice time. I am still weary about this whole deal, as I think he may be best served in the AHL for a bit, but this is pretty damn exciting.

In other news, #86?!?!?! Whats up with that?

I don't expect him to do much this season either. I just like playing on the fact that the origin of the name Teuvo means Gift from God. It plays along well with the current hype.

What's wrong with #86? That's what he wore on Jokerit.

Also, it's highly unlikely he plays tonight since he won't have had much time to adapt to the schedule change.

I think there is a lot of bandwagon hype involved.

Q hasn't said if he's playing tonight, did say he's gonna wait and see since he just flew in yesterday.

What's so shocking about #86?

That's the number he's worn his entire professional career with Jokerit.

His international numbers #12 and #20 are taken by Regin and Saad.

Yea I cannot imagine they will throw him in tonight if he is still feeling the effects from the flight over.

TT not playing tonight. Arrived last night, so will probably need a few practices to get his bearings. Hopefully sometime next week he'll get his debut. Or maybe already on Sunday.

of course, not starting. He is a kid. Should be just fine. Probably slept on the plane anyway and skated his ass off this morning. i remember long ago when I was 18-19...I couldn't be stopped. Now at 44...anything can stop me.

I love how big of a deal is being made of this yet less than 2 years ago this is the same kid that fell to 18th in the draft to be scooped up as a steal.

I guess his play the last two years has dispelled any doubts. (Good on the Hawks, good on him. ...good, good, good!)
