Beautiful game tonight. Crawford, back-to-back shutouts (14-3-1 in his last 18). Have won 4 of 5, and are starting to cycle and control the puck like last year.

Wow looks what happens when you are healthy and find some chemistry.....

Great effort. The last couple of game this really has looked like the Stanley Cup Champs. No surprise they are healthy.

Perfect on the PK 2 games in a row. Keep it up!!

Fun game to be at. Officiating sucked complete ass and the Hawks still smoked them!

You have garlic breath or something for the first two periods....there were only two people in your row for those periods
<

Seriously though, really really good game for this team. They came out swinging and never stopped. They dealt with some poor penalty calling (serious all those calls at the end of the game, WTF), and long and short 2nd period, a Toews giveaway for a breakaway, and the avs really presuring for a time. And got a shutout to boot!

WTF? Am I a focus of attention or something?? We filled the row up in the 3rd.

Unfortuately since I have to look are your ugly mug everytime the puck is at your end it was not too hard to notice the nearly full row of fans dressed as seats. Yea I noticed a few 300 levelers fill the seats in the 3rd.

Nice to see Seabrook at +4 too, not to mention TWO assists....
<

And just look the "depth" players doing what they should when your Top guys aren't scoring....

Brouwer

Bolland

Pisani

Skille

That I like!

Oh and what a pass from Bolland to Pisani as well! Appears Dave Bolland has awoken!

And Foote you are a FUCKING HACK!

Coincidence no Boynton-Cullimore 3-0.....???? Time will tell....

Not saying crow didn't deserve first star, he absolutely did. The team kinda was sucking for a few minutes in the 3rd, and he kept making save after save, and they were pinned down, but he really came through.

A very close competition in my eyes was Bolland. Working hard, to get that puck then pass it to Ulcerative Colitis, his goal was a beaut too, I don't care if it was an open net tapper.

And Skille. Once again, I gotta say, I like him. He stuck with it. I am not saying I would want a team full of Skille's, but I would want one on my team.

Solid game by the Hawks.

I thought Hendry and Leddy looked awful in the third, but as long as we get the win, I can't really complain. They have to play better though, Crawford won't be able to bail them out every time.

Officiating sucked, highlighted by Stalberg getting taken down with no call. Sucks for Viktor, he has been plagued for the last 15 games or so.

Glad to see the "role" players chipping in. Brouwer, Bolland, Pisani, Skille.

Thought Toews/Kane played well too, Keith and Seabs were great. Hammer played really well too. Pisani will never replace Ladd, but he has played very well this season, I'm not disappointed with his play at all.

PK was huge, a big reason why Crawford has posted goose eggs in two straight.

yes it was great to see Seabs have that game too. Didn't mean to leave him out he was awsome. That pairing was probably the best its been all year tonight. Reason I focused more on Keith is because he has had far more rougher games than Seabs this season. I haven't been concerned with Seabs play much this season give or take a couple really bad games we all remember and a shaky start to the season (where he wasn't alone). Was just nice to see Keith get in the high pluses where he belongs. Did Seabs help him with that tonight? Absolutely and vice versa. That's what top line pairings should be like and should do esp these 2. Was a thing of beauty. Entire game was beautiful.

And YES that pass from Bolland was sick!! Play of the game in my books. God I hope he is back. We need that Dave. he certainly has upped his game as of late. Is that due to a healthy team? Probably but who cares as long as he is producing I don't care the reasons why.

Agree on the supporting cast too. They were great. As was Kaner tonight again. Kid was flying he's got the fire in his eyes right now. Could have had a few goals tonight he was a shooting skating machine. Loved it.

One thing that bothered me during the telecast....

Pat's gotta cool down on emphasizing stats that don't fucking matter. Don't have to emphasize that Skille scored his first goal in 6 games. He's a fucking fourth liner. A goal every six games is a feat for a 4th line roll player. Don't feed the critics Pat. Should be emphasizing how good that is. Maybe he was trying to do that but it came off as critical too me. Not sure why.

One thing I loved about the telecast......

No Eddie. LOL and I am not a huge Eddie hater but Pat called a good game tonight wthout that clown yapping it up. Other than the dumb Skille comment that is.

ANYWAYS...was a fantastic game and the boys are looking smart right now. Love it. Lets keep the train moving we need this right now.

Pat Foley said before the game that one of the officials only had 11 games experience in the NHL. Yikes! Although there's guys like Bill McCreary around the league who have been around forever and always seem to have a bias AGAINST the Hawks IMO. So maybe the rookie official wasn't as bad when you compare the two.

What was the Skille comment?

Skille scored and pat immediately pointed out it was his first point in 6 games. I actually thought the same thing when he said it, that its not necessarily a stat that is important with that kind of player. I think he said it a couple weeks ago about someone else.

Pat also pointed out Stahlberg was scoreless for a long stretch as well.

It's proper that he points this stuff out.

Stalberg needs to contribute something eventually.

He sure as hell isn't doing that now.
