Had a nice time , glad to see the lines staying the same.

Thanks RK for letting us sit there in the 3 rd .

Hey, it's better than probation or house arrest at least.

Good overall game by the Hawks. Back to back shutouts is always nice to see. Crawford has delivered the goods now that he finally got his chance. Keep it going, kid. Glad to see the grinders scoring the points and Bolland looks like he has found his stride.

Keep on truckin' and get those points.

We're getting close to starting a stretch of only 6 games in 3 weeks. Finally the other teams will catch up to us in games played. The Hawks will move down in the standings during this time as other teams play more games. The key is to keep it close so we're still in the pack.

yes it was great to see Seabs have that game too. Didn't mean to leave him out he was awsome. That pairing was probably the best its been all year tonight. Reason I focused more on Keith is because he has had far more rougher games than Seabs this season. I haven't been concerned with Seabs play much this season give or take a couple really bad games we all remember and a shaky start to the season (where he wasn't alone). Was just nice to see Keith get in the high pluses where he belongs. Did Seabs help him with that tonight? Absolutely and vice versa. That's what top line pairings should be like and should do esp these 2. Was a thing of beauty. Entire game was beautiful.

And YES that pass from Bolland was sick!! Play of the game in my books. God I hope he is back. We need that Dave. he certainly has upped his game as of late. Is that due to a healthy team? Probably but who cares as long as he is producing I don't care the reasons why.

Agree on the supporting cast too. They were great. As was Kaner tonight again. Kid was flying he's got the fire in his eyes right now. Could have had a few goals tonight he was a shooting skating machine. Loved it.

One thing that bothered me during the telecast....

Pat's gotta cool down on emphasizing stats that don't fucking matter. Don't have to emphasize that Skille scored his first goal in 6 games. He's a fucking fourth liner. A goal every six games is a feat for a 4th line roll player. Don't feed the critics Pat. Should be emphasizing how good that is. Maybe he was trying to do that but it came off as critical too me. Not sure why.

One thing I loved about the telecast......

No Eddie. LOL and I am not a huge Eddie hater but Pat called a good game tonight wthout that clown yapping it up. Other than the dumb Skille comment that is.

ANYWAYS...was a fantastic game and the boys are looking smart right now. Love it. Lets keep the train moving we need this right now.

I will say after watching the replay last night it was pleasent to have NO CHECK gone. Pat was much better with Konroyd at actualy calling the fucking game than rambling off into no where.

Shame Eddie won't stay where ever he was stuck.

I don't have a problem with Eddie - I think he does a fine job with the game analysis. Konroyd is boring and needs to stay as the pre and post-game analysis guy. Eddie and Pat have a nice flow between them and I enjoy their broadcasts. Given all the other work Eddie gets around the league I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Good for you. The majority of us think Eddie sucks. He rambles and rarely actually does the color for the game.

I enjoyed it better without Eddie, as well, and I usually don't mind Olczyk.

It was quieter....Less bombastic, if that makes sense.

Sometimes a simpler delivery is best. A la Vin Scully.

Yeah, I like the experience of playing that he brings to the broadcast. He analyzes plays and tells the audience when players are out of position, or how they should have better approached a situation. I find that helpful and like it. I also like the Madden-esque approach with the drawing board on the TV screen.

For some reason I'm not surprised Fuffle is an Eddie O fan

"Pat and Eddie have a nice flow between them" is not only funny as you can make a bunch of jokes about that comment but I also fail to see how that's true? They ramble on about useless nonsense and fake laugh at eachother's terrible jokes and lose track of what's going on in the game. Saying the Hawks are on the power play when they've been killing a penalty for 45 seconds is just ridiculous.

I'm an independent thinker Stu. I think sometimes you guys get a little offtrack here with all the 'he sucks, he's terrible' rants. I'm not going to jump on the bandwagon for that just because it's the popular thing to say here. Pat and Eddie do a great job and I enjoy their broadcasts. Sorry if you disagree with me but that's how I feel.

It sucks that it's going to take Corey not getting a shutout for Turco to get a little time in net to dust the rust off... haha

I don't usually pay much attention to what Eddie or Pat have to say, so it doesn't matter to me much either way.

Eddie gets way too excited about things, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does nothing for me.

Casual fans likely enjoy his dumbed-down analysis, much the same way John Madden would condecend to viewers watching Monday Night Football.

It'd be nice if there could be a SAP option with no broadcasters.

Crawford 3rd in the league in GAA with 2.14, only trailing the 2nd spot by a little... Rinne has 2.11 GAA.

I think it's awesome Turco is here to work with Crawford. He could not have a better mentour IMO.

Turco will still get his starts. Sunday maybe? Don't want to beat Crawford to death, although he is very young still.

Nice to see him doing so well. Would also be good to have him lead the league I GAA.....Hawks will need him down the stretch to help carry them to the playlets.

Normally for road games I'll turn down the sound and listen to John and Troy. Far better than Pat and No Check. Not even close.

When he is on VS or NBC he is a lot better but when he is with Pat, it's like two old ladies
