I can't fault Crawford for those goals. He was let out to dry.
Love hoe Pez is bashing Bollig cause that's the biggest issue. Guy has proved he can play a regular shift and is on the 4th line. He's a hard worker who is great on the forecheck and hasn't played bad at all.
Shit you'd think the guys who didn't show up tonight would get some blame. Obviously not.

Where was I bashing Bollig specifically? I'm talking about dressing him along with Brookbank. It's stupid.

That said, there's plenty to bash. A regular shift? :icon-lol: He plays less than 10 minutes a game, and he's noticeably BAD in more games than not. He has a place and a role, but it isn't playing every game on the fourth line. I should hardly notice a fourth liner, and I noticed Bollig several times tonight for purely awful hockey. Him fucking up that 3 on 1 was one instance. Twice he iced the puck when he had an open passing lane, or could have took a couple more strides and dumped it in without icing... He has taken a few bad penalties in the last 3-4 games as well. He's a terrible hockey player. Improved over last year? Yes. Does he serve a purpose and have a role with this team? Yes. Should he be playing every day? No. Simply put, he can't skate well enough to contribute every night. Against fast teams, he sticks out like a sore thumb and is a liability. He shouldn't be fucking killing penalties, either.

Again, I have no issue with Bollig playing against certain teams, but he shouldn't be playing every night. I NEVER want to see him on the PK again. Against fast teams on the road? No please.

This has nothing to do with this game specifically, either. The Hawks failed to show up again, which happens. Stanley Cup hangover? A lot of guys looked really disinterested out there and they were careless with the puck and outworked. Best player was Ben Smith for ****'s sake....
