Not to much different than the year before though.

If this is the worst it gets around here, I'm ok with that. I remember 2004 when they won 20 games, total.

Yeah, 08-09 was similar....and how quickly we forget about those 20-win seasons....spoiled, we are.....

I haven't forgotten about 97 through 2008 minus one year. I remember it very well.

Spoiled is a nice way to put it.

yes I remember, me and the ninteen other fans sitting around. I don't know why I keep picturing Popst with his full cage....awwwg! what years to forget. Though I swear I saw Popst coaching some team at an assistant level I or so.

I broke at least two armrests accidentally off the seats in front of me from hanging my feet over and using them to stand and such. I loved buying the cheap 300 level seats and sitting in the first or second row as well.

There was no better feeling than seeing PSR and genefoley in school on a gameday and simply saying "game tonight?" and then driving down there at 5:00 for a 7:30 game. Spending 15 on parking, walking to the box office to spend 8 on a ticket, sitting on the glass for warmups and then going to the 300 level and having a section just to ourselves. Didn't even have to wait for a whistle. Those were the good old days. But I'd still rather they compete for a stanley cup

Does anyone know why they got rid of the floating blimp that would go around and drop coupons and tickets??

I'd still go with Sharp at center (even though I dont think he likey that much)

67-19-88

82-10-81

29-36-22

And yeah...I know Havvy should/would get the shot.....but I wonder if Scottie has any fire in that belly if the situation came...

You mean the guy that in 22 playoff games last year had 11 goals and 11 assists and was a +10? While playing exclusively at center with a 49.8% in the circle?

Great games by Hossa (2 assists - great two way game and best he's looked in a while), Bolland (3 assists), Brouwer (nice hits and the game winner), and Crawford (saved us in the 1st period). Nice game by Bickell, too.

Nice overall effort. Still need to see the replay as to why it was Brouwer's and not Hossa's goal (from my seats it was Hossa's but maybe he never touched it). The line adjustments were pretty darn effective, especially in the 2nd and 3rd lines. Time to push the BJ's further behind on Friday.

Exactly what I expected, Wild played last night so you knew they would come out of the gates fast, Crawford kept us in it, powerplay won the game for us tonight. Good effort tonight, still lots of things to improve on but a much needed two points.
