Yeah but that's how you beat just about every goalie today.
I'm not sure I entirely agree with that. Luongo does exceptionally well in the butterfly (actually considered the Profly, but I'll keep things simple) , and leaves virtually no holes from the waist down, but leaves a lot of net up top.
Lets face it, every goaltender uses the butterfly technique in the NHL these days. It doesn't mean all of them are great down low, or better at covering the bottom of the net than they are covering the top.
