I've been to 3 roller derby matches now, actually took my wife to our first one for our anniversary, it's a lot of fun, we go here at the WIndy City Fieldhouse at western and diversy next to target. We watch the Chicago Outfit, they just because an official WFTDA member a few months ago. We bought tickets before hand at Pleasure Chest for 12 bucks. And it was a great time. 2$ PBR cans, lot's of fun and energy, we've taken friends too, they loved it. Windy City out in the burbs are one of the tops in the country, for all you people out there in the boonies. IF you can go check it out, these girls do it mostly for the love of it. The last one we went to most of the proceeds went to a girl who busted her spine in a match. The rules may seem a little weird at first, but once you get it, it's awesome.
