Everything I've heard from my cousin's friend is positive. The new features are great, the game engine has been re-tooled and the overall feel of the game is much more realistic.

When is the demo out for PS3 and what are the two teams? It's my understanding that they're different for 360 and PS3. Is that correct?

I feel that Bennett should be a higher rated receiver than Hester, but the speed of Hester is what likely puts him ahead of Bennett so I understand that. Also, having Cutler at 87 and Palmer at 84 and a rookie at 84 is strange. Roethlisberger at 95 is a head scratcher as well.
