The biggest shame in all the crossfit stuff is that theres beautiful, large mud tires going to waste

It's chicks trying to make a fashion statement under the guise of protecting their shins during deadlifts. Clearly a reason to rail on CrossFit... I have never seen it in real life however, only what google images and YouTube tells me.

Im not trying to debate, im just taking jabs at crossfit, if that wasnt clear already.

No one has to move shit to be knowledgeable. You dont need abs to be knowledgeable. And i have no logs for you because *drum roll* I DONT DO THEM! I dont even weigh myself. I go to the gym when i feel like it. I wrestle at ATT a few days a week. I eat what i want. I dont feel the need to throw my diet program and workout regimen in everyones face like crossfitters. I dont need witty t-shirts and to show everyone videos of me doing squats. Working out does not have to be this super complicated lifestyle that the #teamfitfams make it out to be.

I have a pretty good amount of experience in exercise and took a 6 month course for the NSCA before certification. I was all about it. Today? Not so much. Im just here to talk shit. I do find crossfit a bit ridiculous. The prices are outrageous to work in someones dirty, shitty garage and most of the things you do there can be done in a regular gym. You dont need a resume to know that someone swinging their body back and forth doing Olympic lifts too fast is bad. All of the macho, neanderthal "pain is weakness leaving the body" garbage that crossfitters throw around.

If thats your thing, good for you dood bruh. I'll stick to driving on tired, not hitting them with sledgehammers.

So... not worth it, got it. You could have made that way more succinct however. Don't track workouts, go to gym "whenever," eat whatever you want, don't track weight. :lol: keep critiquing other people's programs though...
